These terms govern the use of the fleet.ovatik.com website and the Ovatik Fleet platform provided by Ovatik DOOEL Skopje.

By using our website or service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service description
Ovatik Fleet is a GPS tracking and fleet management platform, with a companion mobile app and GPS devices.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and not to attempt to compromise the integrity, security, or availability of the system.
5. Hardware and installation
GPS devices are professionally installed. Data accuracy depends on GPS signal and mobile coverage, which may vary.
6. Payment and subscription
The service is billed monthly per vehicle according to the chosen plan. Prices and terms are listed on the pricing page and may change with prior notice.
7. Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Outages may occur due to maintenance or factors beyond our control.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ovatik is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend access in case of a breach of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. Disputes are resolved before the competent courts in Skopje.
